RATES: SUMMER: $300/night..........$2000/weekly FALL-SPRING: $150+/night.........$900/weekly.......... $2200/monthly 25% deposit at time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival for regular rentals and 90 days for monthly rentals.. 13.5% state tax; $500 Refundable Damage/Security Deposit; $100 Cleaning Fee.
